As the last mass is around the corner, it is time to reflect on all the good that Saint Albert the Great Parish has given all of us. Change is the constant in this world, so we move to another phase of our faith journey. We leave behind, with sadness, things left undone or unfulfilled. At the end of this road, we reflect and ponder what could we have done to keep it the same to halt time for those moments that brought peace and joy?
Questions will always arise, could we have done something to keep it the same? Or make it better? or a negative question, did I fail to do something, or was I the cause?
“Let your heart not be troubled..” we cannot change the past, or predict the future, so we leave it in Gods hands and learn to accept the change, and at that moment, we ask Him to help us understand and guide us, for although this journey is ending, a new one is about to begin for all of us.
Saint Albert the Great pray for us as we continue our faith journey, for we must grieve this moment for healing to being. In this ever-changing world, we find that all Good things come to an end, but in our faith, we realize that God is Eternal.
